Paillard is a traditional bakery that opened its doors on June 16, 2006 in the historic heart of Old Quebec. Other branches have since been opened, notably in Neufchâtel and Cap-Rouge.
Birth of an institution
Paillard was born out of a true passion for bread. The bakery combines the talent of French artisans with the "American-style" experience of its founder Yves Simard, a native of Quebec. The bakery-café quickly expanded its specialties and became a must for lovers of good food.
