Homemade Bread

Focaccia

Choice of 3 flavours: olives and feta cheese, figs and caramelized onions, or lardons and old Cheddar cheese.

Fromignon (three cheese miche)

For the cheese lovers, this bread is made from all-purpose white flour mixed with buckwheat and topped with Parmesan and Cheddar cheese.

Fougasse

Choice of 2 flavours: olives and feta cheese or lardons and old Cheddar cheese.

Mont Royal Miche

A blend of organic spelt and kamut flour rich in protein and fiber. It is often said that spelt is an ancestor of wheat: and is more nutritious and easier to digest.

Multigrain Miche

A blend of organic rye flour and white flour, enhanced with oatmeal, bran flakes, and our famous homemade mix of grains: flaxseeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and millet flakes. A hint of honey adds the finishing touch to this bread.

Nut Loaf

A blend of organic all-purpose flour and white flour, flavoured with walnuts.

Paillard Baguette

Made from white flour containing only the mealy, the powdery texture of the wheat kernel (or “wheat berryˮ) of the wheat germ. Akin to the baguette of France, it features the soft, moist and porous on the inside, and the crisp, delicate crust on the outside.

Parisian Baguette

(pain de tradition) the tender, yielding crumb has large, irregular holes and nutty, wheat notes. A full flavored curst with a delicate crispiness.

Raisin Loaf

Made with nutritious sultana raisins and currants. Outstanding flavour and aroma in a blend of organic all-purpose and white flour.

Whole Grain Loaf

Made with a home blend of flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, and millet flakes. Enhanced texture. High in protein and dietary fiber content.

Whole Wheat Leaf

A blend of organic whole wheat flour and sifted flour. The whole wheat flour contains the envelope of wheat grain for added nutrition.

Poppy Seed Baguette

The tender, yielding crumb of this traditional baguette has large, irregular holes and nutty, wheat notes. A full flavored curst with a delicate crispiness covered with poppy seeds.

Made from our delicious chocolatine, this version of the Amandier is stuffed with chocolate and the same rich, smooth, irresistible almond cream and topped with sliced almonds.

Chocolate Brioche

A classic brioche made of Viennese dough and chocolate chips.

Apricot and Fig Brioche
